Budgeting |
The annual budgeting system as per the provision of APM Act, 1965 is followed.

The Municipal Council shall approve the budget and submit to the Govt., through the District Collector and C&DMA |
The Government and MA&UD Department shall approve the budget of the Council. |

Formulation of programmes, schemes and projects |
The Municipal Commissioner shall prepare the schemes, programmes as per the requirements of the town and as per the guidelines and instructions of the Government. |
The Municipal Council shall approve the schemes/ programmes prepared by the Municipal Commissioner in consultation with the officials in line departments |
